We Ripped Up Our Floor And Found THIS Damp Nightmare

Well, that didn’t go to plan did it?

After the last video, loads of you sent us advice about sorting the damp ourselves – peel back the lino, get some heat on it, run the dehumidifier. Sounded simple enough, so we thought we’d give it a go.

Soon as we started pulling things back, we found wires everywhere, pipes, all sorts. It’s not a simple job at all. We’re proper out of our depth here. So we’ve had to admit defeat and book in the professionals to come and have a look on Tuesday.

And just to add to the fun, the van’s going in for its MOT and service on Monday. Because why not pile it all on at once, eh?

We’ll keep you updated on what the experts say and how much damage this is going to do to the bank account.
